The hotel is beautiful, particularly when decorated for Christmas. Our room was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at POTS restaurant one evening and the food was incredible. Would definitely recommend eating there if you are staying in the hotel. The location is great, about 10-15 minutes walk from the Brandenburg Gate. There is a tube station right outside the hotel which can get you all over the city.

But what made this stay memorable is the outstanding kindness and approach of all the staff Mustafa, Ibrahim and Alp at the entrance Owen at the front desk Martin at the concierge Wiebke at tbe cigars/smoking room. All went far and beyond to make us feel welcome Bravo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
